Return Eligibility 

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. 
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be returned as received. 
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return. 
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team. 
  • Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return. 

How to Initiate a Return 

  1. Submit Your Request 
    • Email your return request along with your Order ID and reason for return to dropnetenterprises@gmail.com. 
  2. Provide Proof 
    • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, include clear photographs to expedite processing. 
  3. Follow Instructions 
    • Once your request is approved, we will provide step-by-step instructions to complete the return process. 

Note: Returns not meeting these conditions may be rejected at our discretion. 

Refund Procedure & Timeline 

  • Returned items are inspected to verify compliance with return requirements. 
  • You will be informed whether your refund has been approved or denied. 
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. 
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been completed. 

Partial Refunds 

  • If a returned product partially meets the return criteria (e.g., minor damage or missing packaging), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items 

  • For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery. 
  • Include clear photographs or videos of the issue and send them to dropnetenterprises@gmail.com to ensure faster processing.
